Requirements:

• Breathe WordPress day-in, day-out and yet feel that there’s more than you can learn
• Absolutely love converting any design to Elementor/Gutenberg with all practice in mind
• Basic PhotoShop/Figma skill
• Solid PHP knowledge
• Extremely good command over HTML & CSS
• Proficient in markup
• Basic understanding of OOP, Namespace, Traits & Design Patterns
• Basic JavaScript(ES6 preferred) knowledge
• Interest to learn WordPress in better way
• Interest on Vue.js or React will be given preference
• The ability to co-operate with team, and energy to learn is a must
• Fluent English speaking and writing is preferred
• The capacity to clearly write about the template you are working, will be a plus
• Experience using Balsamiq Mockups or any other mockup tool will be given preference

Job Responsibilities

• Develop WordPress templates using Elementor and Gutenberg.
• Convert designs into responsive, pixel-perfect layouts.
• Prepare and optimize images and assets.
• Ensure templates follow global style and design guidelines.
• Create and maintain global style presets (colors, typography, spacing).
• Apply a consistent typography hierarchy across templates.
• Test layouts for responsive and cross-browser compatibility.
• Fix layout and design issues during review.
• Write clean, organized, and reusable HTML structure.
• Implement styling using modern CSS techniques (Flexbox, Grid, animations, transitions).
• Add basic interactivity and UI behavior using JavaScript.
• Optimize CSS and JavaScript for better performance.
• Research modern design trends and suggest improvements.
• Work closely with the technical writers to generate docs for integration/implementation.
• Produce mockups and wireframes for pre-production demonstration and product design purpose
