What We’re Looking For
Must‑Haves:
- 1–2 years of hands‑on WordPress experience (themes, plugins, hosting)
- Proficiency with Elementor and/or Gutenberg
- Strong troubleshooting skills—error logs, plugin conflicts, database, CSS/HTML fixes
- Pre‑sales support or live chat experience
- Comfort with ClickUp/Trello (or HelpScout, Asana, Jira, Slack, Crisp)
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT to optimize support workflows
- Excellent written and verbal English: you write clearly, politely, and with empathy
- Independent, proactive mindset with a growth‑oriented attitude
Bonus Points:
- CSS, HTML, or Elementor custom style skills
- Basic PHP/JS understanding or hands‑on theme/plugin tweaks
- Prior tech support, customer success, or sales engineering experience
- Familiarity with WooCommerce setups
