Do you love crafting exceptional coffee and beverages? We’re looking for a Certified Barista to join our office team! If you have the skills and experience to keep our office refreshed and energized, this opportunity is for you..
What we are looking for:
- Certified Barista with 2-3 years of experience.
- Comfortable using an app for order management.
- A minimum college degree is required.
- Knowledge of juice preparation is an added advantage.
- Inventory and Stock Management:
- Assist in monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Inform the supervisor or manager of any low stock levels or ordering needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including latte, cappuccino, Espresso, Mocha.
- Ensure beverages are prepared to company standards regarding taste, presentation, and temperature.
- Strive for consistency and excellence in every cup you serve.
- Manage and process orders using our in house build app for seamless service.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all products.
- Maintain a clean and professional environment in the Café area.
- Keep the coffee preparation area, equipment, and serving areas clean and sanitized
